CHORIZO PASTA

                      CHORIZO- is a term originating from the Iberian Peninsula encompassing several types of pork sausages.They are used in dishes that have Spanish and Chinese influences, such as Philippine-style paella, and pancit Canton. (thanks wiki) 


Today gumawa ako ng pasta and made chrorizo as the main pasabog.

Ingredients:
3 chorizo
1/2 cup of skim milk
1 white onion
4 cloves of garlic
2 tablespoon of olive oil
Basil
Olive oil


 
1.Maglagay ng konting olive oil pa non stick pan (aw, sosyalin)


2. Hiwain ang bawang at sibuyas ng maliliit.



                                   



3.Hiwain ang chorizo ng pa slant. Dito po ginamit ko ay ang king sue chorizo macao.Dahil po konti lang pasta na gagamitin ko 3 piraso na  chorizo lang ang hiniwa ko.





4.Lutuin ang inyong preferred pasta. The best po ang penne o kaya naman fettuccine para sa akin.Ngayon po ang ginamit ko ay penne. (As usual,hehehe)



4. Igisa ang bawang, isunod ang sibuyas at ihuli ang chorizo.Igisang mabuti (wag magmadali,makakakain ka din)







5. Lagyan ng konting madaming pepper hehe ( depende sa panlasa) at salt.






6. Ihalo na ang pasta at lagyan ng kalahating tasa ng gatas. Ang ginamit ko po dito ay skim milk dahil wala po kameng ibang klase ng milk ng umagang yon kaya nag improvised ako. hehehe (infairness ok naman cia)



TADAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!!!! eto na po ang finish product. Para mas maging masarap lagyan ng basil at parmesan cheese.
