I've definitely been in the mood of eating at home this past few days and making my own imbento pasta. Pinadalan po kase kame ni vlads ng future byenan ko ng mga cold cuts from guam. Shrimps,bacon,ham,crab meat etc (thanks u mama).... yesterday umuwi ako ng maaga to cook for my vlads kc nung isang araw cia naman ang nag luto ng fave ko (kaya bawi bawi lang.) ingredients: (simple lang)

MI ARRABBIATA PASTA
Una sa lahat, gusto ko lang po sabihin na hindi ako cook o chef o kung anu pa man, isa lang po akong taong mahilig magluto at kumain at magfeeling. hehe. (madalas ung magfeeling). Madami po akong gustong lutuin na hindi ko kaya. Pangarap ko din kaseng mag aral sa culinary kaso mahal. Kaya ang peg ko more imbento or more gaya sa ibang recipe. Minsan palpak, minsan winner. from now on, mag shashare na ko ng mga recipes ko dito sa blog ko para naman ung mga ibang katulad ko din maging happy. (hahaha). Nagresearch research ako ng konti para sa inyo (salamat sa wikipedia).Anu nga ba ang Arrabbiata?
ARRABBIATA- Arrabbiata sauce, or sugo all'arrabbiata in Italian, is a spicy sauce for pasta made from garlic, tomatoes, and red chili peppers cooked in olive oil. "Arrabbiata" literally means "angry" in Italian, and the name of the sauce is due to the heat of the chili peppers
Matagal ko na 'tong gusto lutuin, wala lang time. haha.
Ingredients: (sangkap)
2 buong bawang
1 red bell pepper
1 can diced tomatoes
pepper and salt
2 cayenne pepper (siling pula)
imitation crab meat or chicken
1. Hiwain ng maliit ang bawang, sili at red bell pepper. wag kang siosionga sionga, wag hawakan ang mata habang naghihiwa ka ng sili.ok?
