RUN BARBIE RUN!!!

Did anyone here ever wonder why Barbies always had skinny legs,curvy hips and luscious lips? Hanggang ngayon iniisip ko pa din un.

Meron ba talagang Barbie like na katawan? I can't even imagine.Anyhow, speaking of Barbie na katawan hmm gusto ko lang sabihin na un ang target ko ngaun hahaha. Nagpapatawa ba ko? OO. Bakit? Wala lang. Well, gusto ko lang naman sabihin na nagpapapayat nako.Thanks to my fitspiration vlads. ❤️

My goal is to be back in shape and to achieve that kelangan kong tumakbo,mag exercise at ihinto ang bisyo.Pero teka kelan ba ko nag ka shape?


I go to the gym atleast 3x a week (free pass sa fitness first every weekend because of hubby)👍 and also I run specially during Mondays.


Well, hindi naman ako malusog but I got inspired by some of the celebrities like Ellen Adarna, \
Solenn Heussaff (my kambal,chos), Paul Jake Castillo my crushy and of course by Vlads.

Meron din akong sariling trainer BOK SANTOS hahaha. Mabait at matyagang trainer.'
Does it matter what you wear when you run or exercise? Ako kasi OO. Syempre naman I want to look good habang tumatakbo sa The fort at nagbubuhat sa Fitness first no! Pero of course comfort before style.

Couple of things to think about when choosing work out clothes:
1.How hard you exercise - Mas manipis na tela mas masarap sa pakiramdam
2.Where you exercise- baka naman sa loob ka lang ng bahay nag eexercise more outfit ka pa.
3.What exercise you do- baka more swimming naman pala ang exercise na ginagawa mo pero naka jogging pants ka. haha. Ang weird nun db?

IF OTHERS CAN, WHY CANT I?!
